Nice single vineyard bottling from Goldeneye. Lovely red-purple color. Nose of raspberry, gooseberry and autumn leaves. Full of bright red fruit and earthy gravelly tones, firm rounded tannin, moderate finish. Enjoyable.

Bright ruby red turning orange rust at the rim with a transparent edge. The nose is exuberant with red cherries, pomegranate, and strawberries with a whiff of white smoke. The palate is full-bodied with a silky texture following through a solid core and bracing tannins. Finishes long and lifted with hints of eucalyptus, thyme, and all spice. Drink now until 2030.

This was spectacular. Light on its feet compared to some of its fuller-bodied brethren at Goldeneye. 13.5 ABV. PnP, open for business out of the gate, beautiful fruity nose with a dash of oak. Smelled like the Anderson Valley. On the palate, balanced cherries and blue fruit. Just the right acidity. Long finish. Balanced all the way around, loved it!
