Italian Wine Scholar Course at the Texas Wine School. Pale gold, showing a little age. Med aromas of apple, citrus (lime, grapefruit), white flowers, honey and a little flint. Dry, with med to med (+) acidity, minerality and med alcohol (13%). The palate is consistent with the nose, but with more flavor intensity. No oak. Medium-bodied, with a medium finish of slightly bitter citrus zest, salt and wet stone. It is still drinking well despite its 5 years. Very good QPR.

Single blind tasting Pale gold color Medium aromatics of salt, minerals and green leaf. No oak. No fruit characteristics Medium palate with medium + acidity, mild phenolic bitterness and medium alcohol. Mainly salt with no fruit or other significant notes Balance is off, with increased acidity compared with lack of fruit. Perhaps is drunk earlier, fruit and other notes would have been apparent. Length is medium + with acidity carrying this. Certainly a textural wine at this stage.

Light gold - crystal Medium aromas of citrus with strong vegetal/ leafy component which I don't find very appealing. Quite typical for the varietal but more intense than I've had in the past - nice minerality as well Medium finish - rather lacking in fruit component but with moderate saline component Medium plus phenolic bitterness and medium plus acidity but overall structure is lacking, leading to rather short finish Not a big fan but may have been better 2-3 yrs ago

Light golden. Subtle nose of earth and wildflowers. Surprisingly full flavors balancing round mouthfeel with earthy fruit and acidity. Quite "masculine" for a white wine.
