  High acid on opening. Better more balanced on day 2 & 3.

  CGR
  Freezia, gardenia, mango, white melon, white peach nose.
  Soft but bright acids, LMB, golden fruit, lemon curd, tropical fruit - mango, pineapple. Lovely.

  Intense tree and tropical fruits, pear, peach, apricot, mango, sweet flavors. Wet earth. Slight creaminess and salinity.
  On the palate, underripe tree fruit, tart apple & pear. Not that complex, very tart/sour at first but opens up with time. Medium length finish.
  Found it to be better with food, creamy cheeses for example.
  2nd day: less acidity, more balanced.
