  A lot of complexity here and certainly hitting above its price range. Good acidity, full and rich, and just a whole lot of different evolving fruits on the palate from start to finish.

  A lot going on; this is rich, tart, fruit salad, flinty with body. Different elements emerging over time. Intriguing.

  Better on its second day, when sweetness of oak and alcohol had both mellowed out and there was a milder, more integrated wine of hopsy citrus and tropical notes, some vestiges of darker mineral. Good.

  In der Nase dominiert Apfel, durchaus reif. Dazu Noten von Hefe, Hefegebäck, Zitrus, wenig helle Kräuter. Am Gaumen üppig, mit Druck. Ich habe zu den Aromen aus der Nase noch Nüsse, Marzipan, und ganz durch zieht sich ein klein wenig Rauch. Schöne Säure, gute Länge. Spaßwein, v.a. verglichen mit dem Einstieg von Alheit. Schöne leichte Cremigkeit.
  
  Am zweiten Tag etwas spröder, es dominiert für mich klar Birne und die typische Chenin-„Wachsigkeit“. Dazu ist aber auch alles von oben präsent, nach dem Gegenlesen einiger anderer Notizen stimme ich Floralität sehr zu. Etwas alkoholisch wird‘s hinten raus.
  
  Schöner Einstiegswein, wirkt auch angenehm nicht-mainstreamig.

  Nice enough chenin blanc. The nose has good varietal typicity with some honey and underripe apricot, with zest of green lime. The palate is bone dry with focused acidity, but with the unfortunate presence of excessive alcoholic heat. It might blow off, but seems fairly well integrated into the product, and this comes off the touch hollow with respect to palate weight
