  • My friends Loek & Saskia married three years; a lovely dinner at Zoldering Amsterdam: A slightly sweet impression in the start, followed by some harsh acidity and that disturbs a bit the balance (at the moment). With aeration there came a hint of cocoa in the midtaste and the aftertaste grew. There is room for developmentment for this very pure wine that shows very young.

  • MASTER CHAMPAGNE; 1/28/2019-4/30/2019 (WESTIN PALACE MILANO): Degustato alla cieca. 0 g/l
    Ananas, banana, acquavite, tanto albedo da caco verde. Molto strano, ma non cattivo. Sa di linfa, di foglie umide, alghe e resina.
    Bocca ferrosa, legata al suolo, sa di sassi e minerali della terra. Spiazzante, cangiante, movimentato. Onde che si infrangono, iodio, sale, erba bagnata e finale citrino. Credo sia l' annata a renderlo così strano, ma quando ti ci abitui non è male.
