13.5% alcohol; medium weight foil, fast legs, crystalline light yellow; faint nose of pineapple, kiwi; opened, placed in the fridge, and tasted 24 hours later; full bodied, weak pineapple flavor, apples, kiwi, framed by moderate tannins and minerals; pair with fried chicken, potato salad

A very satisfying every day wine. Crisp, dry, with nice fruit. If you’re looking for oakey, this is not gonna be your favorite. It’s not steely, but pleasantly dry.

One of the better cheapie Chards, especially for the price, good QPR. Had good stone fruit, not unoaked, but oak was not front and center at all. Just a good quaffer, basic, but a good basic.

Straightforward chard with modest oak, quite cool, balanced acidity. Good qpr.
