  One-hour decant through a screened and aerating funnel. No sediment; muted nose during decant. Wine was clear; bright ruby bowl to rim with no bricking. Similar -- but more developed (and more enjoyable) -- than the one I had on 4-21-2021. Similar flavors but this wine was smoother and a touch richer. Just a wonderful wine that has several years of great drinking ahead of it.

  Ruby color. Soft tannins. Red berry and cherry on the palate. Good QPR.
