Overdelivers for village level jiuice at 5+ years. Nose lemon, green apple, mineral/rock, some iodine, but light on this character, sea water. Palate rich texturally, but also well structured with acid and mineral. Intense mineral on finish - a bit salty. If tasted blind, I'd have nowhere to go but chabllis, and I"d probably have pegged it premier cru from Vaillons because of the mineral extract and relative power.

11th bottle from a case. Delicious Chablis, showing Granny Smith apple, kiwi, wet gravel, and lemons. Bright acids, slightly mellowed with time, and a long and satisfying finish. Drink through 2023+.

Pulled as a bonus bottle for a dinner guest that only drinks whites (when the rest of the group had moved on to reds). A nice pale yellow complexion, bright lemon notes. Good midweight mouthfeel, overall a nice Chablis for the $$. Would be a buyer of this again.
