  Decanted. Now 2h after decant. Shy aromas of tart apples, lemon and minerals. Palate w tart apples, lemon, nice minerals, some saline, and some iodine. Medium body w excellent acids. Somewhat simple but also tastes like there's more underneath. Given the shy aromas, wondering if this is shutting down. 88 for now. But would be interesting to see how this tastes in 5 yrs or so.

  Decanted. Now 2h after decant. Nice aromas of golden delicious apples, seaweed, iodine, sea spray, minerals. Palate w gala apples, minerals, iodine, sea weed. Medium body w excellent acids. Nice concentration. Nice moderately long finish of fruit, seaweed, and minerals. While not the most complex wine, it is very satisfying. Nicely done for a straight chablis.
