  Nose tight, lite, clear gold. A woodsy scent- forest floor some may call it.?. We enjoy it with a lemon seasoned whole roasted chicken, red peppers, potatoes and the works (and took the picture). The lemon-rubbed chicken really brought out the fruit in this vin, like it opened another layer of tastiness. A brisk acidity fighting to keep the syrupy-sweet parts at bay... A nice "fight" which does not taste out of place... Just a solid, balanced beverage.
