  Quite a clean nose: citrus fruits, white flowers, kirsch liqueur, subtle toasty notes, butter sablé cookies, presents as slightly oxidative on the palate, yellow peaches, very ripe apples, plump raisins, red berries.
  Juicy texture and moderate acidity. Not really stimulating at all; just drinkable.

  Naso immediatamente suadente di agrumi, arancia rossa e pompelmo, fragrante di lieviti dolci e lievemente tostato, ma anche fresco di piccoli frutti rossi. Distintamente minerale rivela uno spettro aromatico di tutto rispetto. Al palato si percepisce subito il dosaggio basso. Strutturato e piuttosto potente è in grado di tenere testa a piatti abbastanza impegnativi. Piacevole nota sapida e finale discretamente lungo.

  Color amarillo suavemente pálido bien brillante y suave corona interior con una burbuja bien constante. Notable intensidad en nariz con una fruta cítrica y blanca bien madura, notable frescura con recuerdos de flores del monte que se ve contrarrestada con unas sensaciones de pan tostado y orejones bien maduros algo dulzones, recuerdos de nueces y avellanas peladas, levaduras frescas y fina mineralidad de fondo. En boca tiene una muy buena entrada, cremoso recorrido con un carbónico muy bien integrado y una notable frescura y bella potencia que llena la boca, fruta blanca madura algo dulzona, elegante y equilibrado, sensaciones ahumadas que aportan cierto volumen y textura al conjunto, suave mineralidad y buena longitud. Final largo, postgusto de fruta madura y retronasal de pan tostado.
