Coravin fun - Alsace, Loire and Random French (My place, Kent Street): From Coravin. Slightly bretty, red berry fruit, earth, slightly funky with a very slight volatile note. Juicy, savoury, a little bretty farmyard over red berry fruit, quite fleshy, tannins are rustic but finely textured. Makes me want to eat saucisson. Yum in a dirty way.

Brief Note. Nice crispy Bourgueil with some sour cherries and lots of limestone. Good fit for meat AND fish with Mediterranean pediments.
