  Unusually beautiful saturated black/dark garnet color. Nice black currant nose. Medium+ body, and plenty of rich red fruit. But there's a little too much acidity and green tannin at present. Slightly astringent, even bitter finish. Consistent notes over two days. May smooth out with time and deliver more pleasure - this wine should be better than it is. But a mild disappointment now.
