  Natural Wine:
  Cloudy and stray/orange in colour. Wet rock, sea breeze and barn bouquet. Salty, funky with volatile acidity. It has mostly apple cider character yet great and identifiable chenin blanc in taste - baked and fermented apple and dry flowers, honeyed.
  
  Not as balanced and round as the previous vintages tasted.
