Early stage golden yellow. Light golden. Sparkling! 💫
Aromas towards waxy yellow apples and Chenin blanc.
In the mouth, this is singing! Wow! Exactly the taste from hitting two flintstones together. Yummy mineral! Acidity delivers quite a punch 👊 and its humble age has rendered this a summery wine of distinction and grace. Intense, concentrated, long and refined from entry to its long, long finish. Mature orange peels, some faint herbal qualities (thyme-ish from far away).
One of the best Sb I ever had the pleasure of enjoying.

Offered blind by Alex Che, I meditated for five minutes and said Sancerre, maybe 8 years old.
Halfway I was right, though its sharp, chiseled, forceful acidity should’ve suggested a younger age - yet my predisposition for older wines made me call out a higher number.
A good wine, greenish yellow. Nose has bell pepper, pea pods, all this hinted a good Sauvignon for me - and this crispy, tight palate Sancerre is known for made me blurt it out.
At least once I’m not ashamed of my blind guess.

Green pepper, flint, high acidity and a little bitterness at the end
