Grand Cru Cabernet (United Cellars, 140 William Street, Sydney): Ripe, plummy, over blackcurrant, a little plain chocolate, sweet and slightly dusty spice, polished oak. Again, like the Warramate, it lacks a little ripeness on the palate but the Malbec seems to help a bit, the tannins are quite chalky. Meh.
