  Гранатово-бурый цвет средней плотности, прозрачное. В аромате вяленные чёрные ягоды, засахаренное варенье, бальзамик, шерсть и животина, чернослив, специи, подвал, сырое дерево, старая мебель, сливки, кофе. Во вкусе фрукты, среднее тело, умеренная кислотность, очень мягкие танины. 90/100

  Aging gracefully, a extended finish of sandalwood is nicely balanced with gentle floral notes on the open. Ready now, could have a few more years... elegant and easy to drink.

  This is an outstanding wine. Has a complex array of aromas and flavors from multiple clusters (violets, red plum cooked red cherries, blackberry, black cherry and dried herbs with well integrated ripe, round tannins, The oak notes of vanilla and cedar blend smoothly with the fruit flavors and there is well developed tertiary character (leather, tobacco and wet leaves) adding interest. The acidity level is medium and although it has high alcohol, it is well balanced with the flavor intensity. This is a 2013 vintage and is fully developed. Further aging not recommended.

  Flower Day. Served after a 1 hour decant with dry aged rib eyes.
  
  Colour: Lovely ruby colour with a lovely crimson hue.
  Nose: Black cherry, sour/underripe blueberry compote, tobacco, vanilla
  Palate: Red fruit dominant with really nice cherry and blueberry flavours balanced with the nuances of mild oak complete with cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. Sweet tobacco and mint round out the palate and this really did get better in the glass as it had more time to open up. Not flabby, not thick, not extracted, this is in such excellent balance with excellent poise and a refined finish.
  
  Given the development, I'd easily give this a long life ahead with the potential for another 2-3 points boost. A shame I only have one more left of this but very content as rest assured it will be delicious when the time comes to open.
