  Summer of '21-Le Lavandou vice versa: Be careful and give this wine not too much air, than the acidity can fall. At day 2 and 3 this wine came back nearly at its known level with a very good ripe citrus, purity and with everything I've written in previous note, but not hitting the ceiling as some bottles before did.

  At this stage of development this bottle was mainly sauvignon oriented, fresh, pure, ripe citrus, but in the finish this wine was a bit tart.
