  • Really superb, a perfectly balanced mix of the three cépages, very refined freshness and citrus and all that for less than 15 euro's. See also my previous notes.

  • Summer of '21-Le Lavandou vice versa: Be careful and give this wine not too much air, than the acidity can fall. At day 2 and 3 this wine came back nearly at its known level with a very good ripe citrus, purity and with everything I've written in previous note, but not hitting the ceiling as some bottles before did.

  • Such an interesting bottle for such a great price. 60% Pinot Bianco, 30% Chardonnay, and 10% Sauvignon, this wine is rather complex. As it warmed, it got a little more interesting. When colder, this has a very rounded mouthfeel. When it warmed up to room temp, it changed quite a bit. I was getting everything from pineapple to peach, kiwi, mango, stone ground fruit, basil, . Herbal white peach finish that is a bit acidic with enough white pepper. Really neat wine, and for the QPR this one is really interesting. I think this could go with a huge variety of foods. You could serve this with barbecue, fish, game, a la carte, and it will rise to the challenge. I'm not sure, however, about the age-ability of this wine. I THINK it could go to 2024/5 ish, but this is a rather good wine RIGHT NOW that this is a nice white wine for those with no willpower (therefore making it the perfect intricate and complex wine for ME!!).

  • This bottle was I wanted, elegant, balanced, super fresh, the citrus backbone that supports the mix of the grapes and a refined finish.

  • At this stage of development this bottle was mainly sauvignon oriented, fresh, pure, ripe citrus, but in the finish this wine was a bit tart.
