Third Coast Soif (Chicago, IL): Ripe and quite structured, with some good black fruit on the nose and palate. This doesn't have quite the amount of green and smoke as the 2017 Grande Vignolee.

The estate began in 1967 with the father. And the father is the one who made wine the main activity. And it was 10 h/a of cabernet franc. The first task was to make the fermentation temperature. Organic in 1998, so 20 years of organic. 2006 Biodynamic? No, 2016.
Lots of crisp bitter fruit, lively, fresh, works it out at $20 if your into this sort of thing.
