  A little hard to characterize for me, as this is the only Foch I've ever had. Very unique flavor after opening, that was a little off-putting. Can't really put my finger on it specifically. Closed with the screw cap, and did not drink for 2 days. The odd flavors are gone. Now not bad at all, but not complex. I would compare it to a nice Gamay now.
