Probably the best option for a budget wine (depends on where you live though). Dry, raspberry and blackberry notes, slightly herbaceous, faint vanilla on finish. It's one dimensional for sure, but so what? Nothing major to dislike about this wine.

Not as good as expected. While the wine has some richness and texture, its cassis fruit (accompanied by a touch of mint) seems artificial and there is a lack of structure. At close to 10 Euro I prefer generic Bordeaux.

This is better than the 2016. This is not bad at all! Its a bit chunky, black fruited and rustic with nice coffee-ish oak lovely underlining minerality and nice freshness. Ends mediumish and a bit unknit. 13.5%. Benefits from 60-90 mins aeration.

First Cab Sav from Chile I have had for some time. Vary black currant and one dimensional. There are a lot better wines at this price point!
