  Oog: Helder, vol, citroengeel, matige tot grote viscositeit en vette tranen.
  Neus: Zuiver en vol, aroma's van witte bloemen, perzik, citrus, tropisch fruit, banaan, passievrucht, zachte kruidigheid.
  Mond: Veel zuren en toch een rond mollig gevoel met een afdronk van 4 a 5 sec. Heel veel frisheid ....
  Gerecht: Een goede aperitief wijn, past ook bij paella.
