  pale gold; cotton candy with mango nose; light on mid-palate with strong finish of crisp apple and something almost salty - moderate wood?; easy to drink; best at cellar temp.

  This would be more enjoyable if the weather wasn't wintery out. Save for the summer. nice balance, good acidity. Notes of dried apricots. Would be good with light pasta or salad.
