  • One of the best Sauvignon Blancs we've had. On the nose, I smell flowers and a hint of citrus and my wife smells glacier. On the palate a fresh, crisp, light medium mouthfeel. A light perlant on the entry, followed by well balanced layers of minerality, lemon and lemon rind and light fruit. A perfect pairing with orcieta over wilted spinach drizzled with lemon and a saute of shallots, garlic, small red and yellow cherry tomatoes. All lightly drizzled with white truffle oil infused with asiago cheese.
8/8/19 - Had the rest of the bottle with corn on the cob, farm fresh tomato and cottage cheese,
plus fresh green beans and little red potatoes. YUM!! A perfect summer meal, and a perfect summer wine!
