Consumed over two days. Initially somewhat lithe, with muted tones of citrus fruit and soft white fruits. Over time showed more lush and richer under stones. Candied slice, hints of oak and honey suckle.

Litt brent tre, vanilje, smør, over litt friskere toner av stikkelsbær og blomster. Fyldig munnfølelse, men med flott friskhet. Litt sitrusfrukt i munnen. Snev av eik i ettersmaken, særlig med litt høyere temperatur. Deilig match til kveite med hollandaise.

Barrel Tasting at Bruno Clair (Marsannay): Lots of lemon-lime and slate in the aromas. Yum, good luscious and plush fruit that have lip-smacking acidity and energy. Fun to enjoy already. 89-91

Burgundy, Day 3 (Beaune, France): There is, maybe, a bit of a similarity between this and the Dujac Monts-Luisants. You get a good dose of that racy acidity, but also a palate that does feel more full than the acidity ought to suggest. There are some discernible peach and apricot notes that add an extra dimension to this wine.

Bruno Clair Cellar Visit and Tasting (Day 3, Visit 3) (Marsannay): Barrel tasting at the domaine. Rich start makes this so easy to enjoy with enough structure, and am impressive minerally finish. Very good 89-90+ point potential, best 2021-.
