  • Tasted at Chateau Beychevelle, wine #1. Second wine of Beychevelle, made from a blend of 62% CS, 27% Merlot and 11% CF, aged in 30% new oak for 18 months. Deep ruby colour. Medium+ intensity concentrated and dense aroma of blackberries, cassis, spices, leather. Full body, opulent, powerful and quite dense, supple velvety texture, medium acidity extra fine velvety tannins.
