  과실 느낌이 강함. 붉은 과실 자두 체리 느낌
  산미가 적당히 좋으면서 타닌 밸런스 좋았음

  The wine is in a great spot now: the morello cherry fruit flavors are getting slight secondary herbal nuances, the wine is balanced and delivers its juicy acidity with playful elegance. It was fantastic with grilled lamb chops: cut through the fat, provided fruity counter to the gaminess, and supported mustardy crust with its herbal hints. Drink or hold for more secondary flavors.

  This is a great food wine. The nose has none of the sweet elements of red fruit, but all of the savory aspects. On the tongue it is a well balanced tart of plum and red cherry. Everything on every plate in our four course meal tasted better with this wine. Honey, fennel, pickled mushrooms, beets, parmesan, hazelnuts all tasted better accompanied by this wine.
