Fresh, stone, stalk, wood. Strawberry in the nose. Nice rose. Not at all Provence - very tempranillo. Tanins in the end. Online purchase Works Well with Ottolenghi: ”Roasted pork belly with crushed butternut squash and apple and walnut salsa” Will probably not buy again.

浸塞明显,醒酒半小时,中橘黄色,闻香有明显酒精味,坚果类氧化感,些许红果香气中透着黄酒一样的气味,入口酸度中高,酒液咸,收口微甜,矿物感清晰,有一些单宁的收敛感,奶油,植物,红果,然后是黄酒的酒精和氧化感,中后段掉得很快,后段辛辣,喉咙酒精感明显,不像13度的酒,余味淡淡悠长红果木质。口中有些回苦。突出的酒精感有些格格不入,氧化过于明显,少了灵动的气质而显得过于沉重,通过长时间醒酒依然没有改善,怀疑受热了,和这个酒正常的状态相去甚远
