  Good rosé with food - paired well with grilled pork skewers with chimichurri.

  Fresh, complex nose with ripe melon, raspberry, tangerine, peach skins, cinnamon and flint together with some signs of development via hay and mushroom aromas. A burst of blood orange on the textural palate leads to a long finish with peach pit flavours and savoury touches. In a great place for drinking now but enough freshness and structure to continue to age furhter.
  
  WSET notes:
  
  Medium salmon.
  
  Pronounced on the nose with raspberry, tangerine, ripe melon, cinnamon, flint, nutmeg, mushroom and hay. Developing.
  
  Pronounced and dry on the palate. High acidity, medium body, medium alcohol, low tannins, long finish.
  
  Can drink now but has potential for ageing.

  浸塞明显，醒酒半小时，中橘黄色，闻香有明显酒精味，坚果类氧化感，些许红果香气中透着黄酒一样的气味，入口酸度中高，酒液咸，收口微甜，矿物感清晰，有一些单宁的收敛感，奶油，植物，红果，然后是黄酒的酒精和氧化感，中后段掉得很快，后段辛辣，喉咙酒精感明显，不像13度的酒，余味淡淡悠长红果木质。口中有些回苦。突出的酒精感有些格格不入，氧化过于明显，少了灵动的气质而显得过于沉重，通过长时间醒酒依然没有改善，怀疑受热了，和这个酒正常的状态相去甚远

  Fresh, stone, stalk, wood. Strawberry in the nose.
  Nice rose. Not at all Provence - very tempranillo.
  Tanins in the end.
  Online purchase
  Works Well with Ottolenghi:
  ”Roasted pork belly with crushed butternut squash and apple and walnut salsa”
  Will probably not buy again.
