Wild nose – beeswax, lemon zest, orange blossom, jasmine, white peach, tangerine, honey, maybe some lily. And equally unexpected on the palate, soft and full at first, before resolving in juicy, bright acidity with salted lemon notes. The whole experience oscillates between the bulbous and the linear, wtf… what a weirdo! A wonderful weirdo, this is what keeps wine tasting exciting, no? I didn’t know the Aussies grew Marsanne, but this is one for the books.

Clear light yellow. Intense nose, lime, green apple, water chestnut, and fresh geen herbs. Dry lime, and apple flavours and a very dry stoney finish.
Loved this. It reminds.me of the HVD Semillon.
