  Superb aged barbaresco. Opened about 4 hours prior, no decanting just open bottle. Paired well with Osso Buco at dinner, the fine tannins on the finish working well with the oils & fat in the dish. Still holding on to some fruit with a nice bouquet of cedar, tobacco. Medium body -- would not think this was nearly 60 years old. Sealed 1/2 bottle back up to drink next night. Same experience, held up well. Will try to find and buy more!
