Deep ruby colour, black core. Pronounced aroma of plum, blackberry, black cherry, dried herbs, black pepper. Wet leaves, leather, cedar, smoke. High acidity, medium tannins, medium body with a long finish. Intense flavour of dark fruit and spice, still fresh and very lively. Looking forward to see it develop over the next 5 years.
