Citrusy, grassy aroma with an underlying flintiness. Taste of lime with a hint of green beans and a vague reminder of honey. Acidity surprisingly low for an NZ sauvignon blanc.

Second wine with dinner at Bonefish Grill with Jessie and Andres ($15 corkage). Nice wine but not as nice as the Kunde chardonnay. The biggest surprise: This had no cat-pee nose! Also didn't taste as grassy as I would have expected. Nonetheless, paired up ok with several different fish entrees. Finish was very clean. Nice balance; good level of acidity.

At Al G's with Saturday Group. I liked the nose and the taste. Al Heltman said this would be a great food wine. Can't wait to try it with stone crabs. Buy more if I can for $12

Pale straw color. Aromas of lime juice, wet concrete, and wheat. Focused but vibrant acidity, with citrus, and kiwi flavors. Clean finish. One of the better '03 NZ sauv blancs I've tried, but not as good as most higher end '02s.
