At first I smell yeast. Then alcohol and oak. A boutique producer using vines planted back in 1880 and only 32 acres or was that hectares ? Well balanced medium to dark colour. medium fruit, soft tannins little acid if any. Drinking well now and will perhaps survive another 2 years .

Not much of fan of Barossan shiraz but this is in a really good spot at the moment.
