One of my favorites white wine - all the times I drink it I find it’s unique. Love it. More than 20 varieties of grapes. Masterpiece of finesse with a touch of oxidation I love. ( if you don’t like just drink it within three year max)

I decanted this wine and let it stand for an hour beforehand as when we last had this wine it seemed a bit disjointed . Very aromatic wine, bouquet of mineral and reminiscent of fruit salad. But more complex , with tropical notes, and herbal background . Wonderful palate, good body, great acidity . An aftertaste that lingered. Just the sort of wine I like, fabulous .

Yellow fruits and some green impressions in the somewhat aromatic bouquet. On the palate yellow and white fruits, flowers and beautifully fresh acidity. A slight touch of pleasant bitterness in the finish.

A magnificent Mas de Daumas Gassac vertical from the private cellars of Allard Jakobs (Restaurant Sinck, Amsterdam, NL): Magnum. Similar style to the 2019, starting to show a little bottle age and evolution, especially on the finish. Seems to be in a bit of a dip right now.
