Pnp, orange and cloudy hue. Nose animal, reducted , yeast, roots. Mouth on roots, licorice stick, keffir de fruit, rotten orange, light indian spices. Quite complex, with vivacity and lemon confit bitterness. A natural style that hide its terroir and his so particular grape type blend. Difficult to rate, but a sensation of "let it be" and "natural vinification will make the best"; not my point of view, some work and rigor could do much better. Pinot Noir, Blaufränkisch, St. Laurent.

Cloudy yellow colour. Aromas of tangerine, fermenting bread, yellow apple and peach. Very noticable lees work and maceration. I would suspect this wine comes from young vines so skin contact and lees ageing makes perfect sense- adds body. Low alcohol and medium long finish. Not the most concentrated (young vines) or complex wine but bright and cheerful.

70% Pinot Blanc, 30% Chardonnay. Unfiltered, biodynamic, native yeast. Very attractive coupling of varieties, that you rarely see together in one wine. Aging on lees and long skin contact 3 - 8 days make this a broad and structured palate with great acidity, ripe yellow fruits of apples, pears, white cherries. Very fresh and very long finish. Very good.
