Nose is peach, apricot pit, and heaps of slate-y minerality. The acid isn't strong for a Riesling, but the alcohol was listed at 13.5%, so it's not terribly surprising. Palate is more apricot and peach pit. Straw, with a saline element too.

Third Coast Soif (Chicago, IL): My favourite of the lineup, this has some of those spicy riesling notes, along with some pretty white fruit. The fruit on the palate fools you into thinking this is just a hint of sweet. Good stuff.
