  • Purple red wine with violet notes, beautiful foam, not persistent. Very small perlage;
    Intense smell, fruity, nice and medium complex: Red fruits and musky;
    Dry, alcholic (12°), round and low tannins, very nice acidity, with a bit sugar end; minerals; equilibrated and persistent; mature and armonic;
    Only Italian red sparkling wine to be fermented 3 times; 100% Vernaccia, 55% to 60% of the grapes are overmaturated.
    Very nice with greasy recipes and roasted chestnuts
