I dont have a lot of data points for Loire valley cab francs but this is definitely in that wheelhouse. Good acidity, dark red cherry (mostly skins), cloying green pepper, mineral-driven. It doesnt taste completely integrated yet. Probably a few years off from peak but i think the structure and acidity is there to age. good qpr.

This was very nice. A little funky (in a good way), with the kind of refreshing simplicity and minimal intervention I might associate with a good cru Bojo. Except that this is Cab Franc from California! Let's have more of this. Much more.
