  • Dark yellow, apple juice color. Floral nose. White flowers. On the palate initially just mouth coating granite, but then hours later evolved to lychee and honeysuckle. Finally as it oxidized, some whipped honey. Balanced lemon acidity that extended the finish. Paired beautifully with Appenberger Mutschli

  • Solid CndP Blanc with age. Very elegant and lots of depth and moderate stone flavors and fruit richness. Had with Sue's roasted chicken with lemon and spice rub, grilled zuchinni, artichokes, smokey cabbage and garden salad after Mt Hood bike race.
