  More hedonistic than expected, with notes of ripe Bartlett pear, candied orange, Key lime, and Honeydew melon coalescing throughout. Loads of minerality here as well, with notes of crushed stone lingering on the medium-long finish. Lively acidity also keeps it moving. Delicious.

  Medium nose shows limestone, white flowers, hint of spice. Palate is clean, crisp style, layers of citrus and mineral, then an underlying creamy feel that's subtle, some phenolic grip in the structure calls for a food pairing. Could be fun in that way, probably needs time to enjoy by itself.
