Burgundy Coburg 20041007 (Restaurant Palais Coburg Vienna): 2001 Louis Jadot, Cuvée Billardet, Pommard, Burgundy, France (Hospices de Beaune): Watery light purple, light rim, dense tears. Slightly vegetal nose, hint of sauerkraut, decent dark cool fruit. Medium to slim body, rather prominent fruity acidity, slightly woody tannins. Long finish, slightly tartish impregnating persistent tannins. Good but not perfect match with rolled hares back with Jerusalem artichoke.
Score: 50 + 3 for optic + 12 for bouquet + 17 for taste + 7 for overall = total score of 89.
Interesting detail: This wine was served after the Mazis Chambertin GC because of its bit coarser texture

Un peu décevant. Beau nez, mais en bouche très tannique et un peu mince.
