  • Very nice spatlase. Could still age for a few years. Strong warm fruit aromas, beautifully balanced acidity and good sugar levels

  • Intense nose & flavours! Medium straw colour with very fragrant notes of apple, asian pear, grapefruit, lemon, cantaloup & wet rock. Sweet forward with a well-balanced acidity. Almost effervescent in the front of the mouth. Minerality and big lemon curd / lemon meringue with apples, lychee, and a surprising creaminess reminiscent of crème fraîche and sourdough. Medium apple and sourdough finish, low alcohol. Great wine!

Paired nicely with our Thai food! The acidity was very important to balance the sweetness otherwise it would have been too sweet to my taste for this pairing.

  • Lots of petrol on the nose and palate, flanked by notes of sweet red apple, peach, and slate. Electric acidity keeps this moving. Very nice overall.

  • WSET Level 3 Online (Week 2, Germany): [from Coravin]

The appearance is clear and pale lemon in colour.

The nose is clean with medium(+) intensity aromas. There are primary aromas of stone fruit (apricot, nectarine), floral character (blossom, honeysuckle), green fruit (Fuji apple), mineral (slate), and citrus fruit (lime, lemon, mandarin). This wine is youthful.

On the palate, the wine is medium-sweet with high acidity, low alcohol and medium(+) body. The flavours have a pronounced intensity and show primary notes of stone fruit (peach, apricot, peach syrup on finish), citrus fruit (lime, lemon, grapefruit, mandarin), floral characters (honeysuckle, blossom), mineral (slate), and green fruit (green apple on finish). The finish has a long length.

This wine is of an outstanding quality. Can drink now, but has potential for ageing (acidity and sugar can support ageing).
