  Fortunately a very delicious bottle (the 1st bottle I opened the day before was corked); luscious flavours, off-dry to sweet with an appealing zesty finish.Though still very young, alreayd a treat (and only 8.5 % alc.). (Only) two bottles left to see how this will improve/mature over the years.

  Intense nose & flavours! Medium straw colour with very fragrant notes of asian pear, lime, nectarine, honey and whiffs of petrol. Off-dry with a well-balanced crisp acidity, low alcohol and a medium body. Almost effervescent in the front of the mouth. Minerality and pear compote, lemon curd, peach, honey with a touch of lychee and spice. Medium-long finish. Nice! Like the 2017, would go beautifully with spicy asian food.

  8.5% abv. AP 59. NOSE: jagged pith. Antique gold dirt. Honey, apples, and straw grass. MOUTH: Juicy. Sweet. The mineral section washes bitterly through the mid palate like well hydrated watercolor. How to interpret this? The liquid is busy gathering its elements. Tender petals of pear blossom. Drink after 2028. 92+
