Not bad and actually a pretty good deal for the price. Dark inky color. Nose has a bit of pepper and dark sour cherries. Very smooth drinking. Very extracted and fruit forward. A little too fruity for my tastes. I've gotten used to the darker Santa Barbara Syrahs and this was just a bit over the top for me. Still it is an easy drinker and reasonably priced.

Supposedly past its prime by a couple years, but it's a fine Wednesday night drinker. Fruity, jammy, not too dry.

Black currant with some black pepper on the nose. Red fruit on the palette. Not much else. There are better choices at this price point.

Dark color, slightly peppery nose. Slightly sweet for a shiraz, but a good overall wine for the price.
