Burgundy Tasting (Restaurant Schweitzer's, Stuttgart): Glass: Zalto Burgundy Pale golden color. Fine, chalky and a bit reductive nose. Good structure, few fine oak, clear fruit, good balance and harmonious. Medium length. Will certainly evolve in the upcoming years. 89+

A bit tight right from the bottle showing mostly some creamy lees and wood-spice. With air and higher temperature it opens up more and more giving away ripe yellow fruit, crushed stone, some lactic notes, shredded almonds and white flowers.
More on the riper side with power and weight on the palate. Could've used a bit more acidity to give the wine a nice lift. Great intensity to the flavors and the oak feels more integrated in the fruit than on the nose. Could probably use a bit more aging to come together fully.
