- Brick color with slow forming legs and aromas of chocolate, blackberry and black currant. It's balanced and has flavours of raspberry with a full body. Smooth texture with a long finish - Excellent, really a good Cab drinking really well. Smooth tannins right out of the gate, popped and poured. Loved this one!!!!

First bottle for me of the Brookdale Cab...overall a nice wine. Color was typical, a bit hot on the nose, dark berries, very smooth with a decent finish. Decanted for an hour before the first sip, overall drinking nicely right now.
