Light yellow. Lemon, hazelnut, butter and white flowers. Elegant and good structure. There was a slight hint of vegetal which I wasn't sure if it was a small taint or just the wine. Nonetheless a good bottle.
It was paired with a 2017 Keller Kirchspiel Riesling GG at an Omakase sushi dinner. The Keller completely dominated this Genot-Boulanger Folatieres.
