  A very pleasant surprise. I wasn’t expecting this to be this good. It needed a good decant as it was a tad muted to begin with. When it opened up it was simply lovely. Nice ochre rim, a bit of strawberry and sous bois on the nose. Great acidity and refined tannins - it felt quite fresh. Maybe the fruit has faded a tiny bit, but once again Tardy delivers. His wines don’t disappoint.
