  • The cork closure is a DIAM 1O, excellent seal, and truly spectacular wine. The color is light ruby red with hints of garnet, still very youthful and beautifully clear and vibrant. On the nose, it opens with crisp and fresh fruit, red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, and also blueberries and wild strawberries. Then, dried violets and roses emerge, a truly elegant flower that is typical of the region. The spice and tertiary notes are in the background, making it a wine that doesn't seem to have the 10 years it does. Licorice and mint appear after a few hours, adding further complexity and aristocratic depth. It's a handcrafted wine, and this is evident, but nothing here is out of place. A Barbaresco focused entirely on elegance, with already silky and refined tannins and truly above-average persistence. A true standout that deserves close attention and is still talked about too little.

Monta tappo DIAM 10, tenuta super e vino davvero spettacolare.
