Pale tuna-pink. Good aromatic depth with wild strawberries and a little dried rosemary - a vivid and charismatic nose. The palate is nimble yet fills the mouth with unexpected creaminess and a surge of blood orange on the finish. This is as chuckable as a Mosel riesling on a heady spring morning but to dismiss it as such would be superficial as this is layered with subtle, languid charms that make the £35 just about palatable.

Light red. Almost like a dark rose with more body and complexity. Nose of candies strawberries, mulled raspberries, cinnamon. Pallets has a delicate cinnamon, Rose, mulled rasberry, light tart cranberry. Can definitely be chilled. Might dull some of the layers though. Gulpable stuff.

Bright brick red colour. Pure bouquet, med intense. Dry, med- acid and tannins, med alc and body. Quite delicate, Alc. a bit forward but not enough to dominate the delicate fruit. Very good.
My notes: Strawberry jam, chewing gum, spices and herbs, flowers, maple syrup, candle wax, peated islay whisky and root crop.

Forest strawberries in cream. Herbs & slight brett. Weightless concentration at 11,5 % abv. Lovely light red, now and a few years on.
